Colin DeLaney vs Mark Briscoe

• Mark is tearing Colin apart.
• Colid does get a few kicks and thing in but there wan't ever any doubt.

• Jay vs Mark Brisoce will happen in Baltimore at Best in the World for the World Championship. June 22.
• The American Wolves come out with something to say.If Davey wins his title match before that it will be Davey vs Eddie on June 22
• Now Corino comes out from the broadcast booth,whoever wins at Best in the World will have to defend against Matt Hardy.
• Now the Briscoes and fighting the wolves and this has broken down. Elgin comes out he is the number one contender and he didn't get a title match

Veda interviews herself

• Veda will not be intimidated by MsChif.
• She wants to fight MsChif and wants Nigel to make the match.

Women of Honor

Cherry Bomb vs MsChif

• This is s slow paced match, but I like Cherry Bomb.
• Not that she is putting up much of a fight. She did at first but that didn't last.
• Veda comes out and distracts MsChif. Cherry takes advantage.

Roderick Strong vs Taiji Ishimori

• This is a good match. I like Ishimori. Still pulling for Strong though.
• I miss Nigel on color. I really do.
• I lied this is a great match a must see.

Ring of Honor 5/18/13:Weekly Show Recap

The show starts with a recap of Border Wars. S.C.U.M won their match and now Steve Corino will be the color commentary man next to Kevin Kelly.

Jimmy Jacobs vs Jay Lethal

• Lethal is favoring his leg coming into this match. He hurt it at border Wars and he shouldn't even be wrestling.
• Jimmy attacks the hurt leg before the match and now Lethal is really in trouble.
• Lethal puts up a good fight but hurt, he is never able to really take control of this match.

Nigel McGuinness names the top contenders.

• Michael Elgin
• Davey Richards
• Eddie Edwards

Now Jay Briscoe and runs his mouth about how can't be beat by anyone in ROH. Mark Briscoe takes offense to this and gets in Jay's face. Nigel makes it Mark vs Jay at Best in the World. (I will be there.) 

C&C Wrestle Factory vs Rhett Titus and Cliff Compton (S.C.U.M.)

• Caprice Coleman still has a hurt shoulder from Border Wars. 
• Kevin Kelly really gets on my nerves. 
• Cliff destroys Coleman's shoulder and the refs come to check on him.
• Refs are taking Caprice away.
• Keven is being out shined by Corino and I fear ROH need a less corny  and smarter play by play man.
• Caprice refuses to leave and gets back in the match.
• Wow Rhett gets the pin

Winners S.C.U.M.

Adam Cole vs Kevin Steen

• Corino keeps dropping hints that Cole is friendly with S.C.U.M. His attitude has changed lately.
• Cole takes advantage of Steen being distracted by Steen and the tide changes.
• Now interference by Compton and Jacobs leads to Steen being hit with a chain.
• Cole saw the interference but didn't care and took the win.

Mike Bennett vs Roderick Strong

• I review these matches in the review I did with Border Wars review.
• I am not sure how Kevin Kelly thinks Strong and Bennett are similar. To me they aren't at all.
• It is funny Maria couldn't fight off Cheeseburger.

I Quit Match

BJ Whitmer vs Rhett Titus

• Nigel gets referees to kick Corino out from ringside.
• Titus gets zip ties and is set to tie BJ up.
• BJ gets control of the ties and then ties Rhett up.
• BJ gets a chair.
• In comes Corino, he sacrifices himself.

Winner BJ Whitmer

In comes Lethal and Steen to save BJ Whitmer

S.C.U.M. vs ROH

• Elgin and Lethal vs Jimmy Jacobs and Cliff Compton
• Lethal hurts his knee in match.
• Elgin holds him own as long as he can.
• Kevin Steen comes to replace Lethal.

Ring of Honor 5/04/13:Weekly Show Recap

Nana is Ringside doing commentary.

Karl Anderson vs Michael Elgin

• This crowd is behind anderson hard. Great show of respect. He gained a lot of fans in this and his ROH debut on iPPV.
• Elgin likes to show he is a beast and does in this match. He did try to show his power here but Anderson fights out.

Winner Karl Anderson

Nana  is show some good potential doing color, but Kelly doesn't seem to get his humor. It would take some time for their chemistry to build i guess.

Daviene vs MsChif

• Daviene is a new WOH (Woman of Honor) Tough first opponent.
• Veda attacks MsChif in the beginning of the match. She wants revenge for the green mist MsChif spit in her eye during an interview attempt.
• Veda is like a pitbull, She wants a piece of MsChif.

No Contest

Before the main event Nana takes a call and starts singing "I'm in the money" and leaves Kevin to do commentary by himself.

Davey vs Kyle O'Reilly

• Bobby Fish is doing color now.
• Fish does a great job, I like him on the mic.
• Davey hurts his knee midway through the match and it really adds to the story of the match.

Border Wars 2013 Review

C&C vs ACH and Tadarius Thomas

• The crowd is very hot for both teams at the start.
• ACH does a great job of being unique.
• Toronto seems to really like ACH.

Winner: C&C

Mike Bennett W/ Maria vs Roderick Strong

• Mike Mondo had a training injury so this will only be a 1 on 1 match.
• Mike Bennett has a new haircut.
• Strong is way too friendly with the crowd during this match he needs to focus.
• Bennett tapped but the ref was distracted.
• Bennett almost gets the win because of it.
• Cheeseburger comes out and plants one on Maria.
• Strong takes advantage

Winner: Strong

I Quit Match

BJ Whitmer vs Rhett Titus

• Corino vows that Whitmer will quit and then later tonight SCUM deal with ROH.
• Corino is getting involved early but nigel went to do something about it.
• Corino gets kicked out. Crowd chants "Get the fuck out!"
• Titus has some zip ties.
• Titus wants to tie BJ up and leave him helpless.
• Titus gets caught in the ties and this is bad for him.
• Rhett shits in BJ's face
• Out comes Corino and he puts himself in the way.
• Rhett quits instead.

Winner BJ Whitmer 

After the match S.C.U.M comes out and attacks BJ. Lethal and Elgin run out for the save.

ROH vs S.C.U.M.

• BJ is still tied to the ropes.
• Lethal and Elgin vs Cliff Compton and Jimmy Jacobs
• This match is awesome from the start.
• Elgin is a monster, a pure beast. He held Jacobs on a suplex for over 40 seconds.
• He holds Cliff Compton up for an equally impressive time wow.
• Lethal is hurt. He is down.
• Elgin has to continue on his own after a break in the action.
• Elgin is in trouble and the numbers have caught up to him.
• If anyone can beat two men it is Elgin. 
• Steen comes out to be Elgin's partner.
• Steen is tear up S.C.U.M.
• Somehow Jimmy sneaks in behind Steen and steals a win.

Winner S.C.U.M.

Nice intermission, they show two past ROH Matches. I can appreciate that.

QT Marshall W/ RD Evans 

• Look at Evans mustache.
• Evans said reDRagon should be stripped of the championship.
• Ciampa!!!

Tommaso Ciampa vs QT Marshall

• I was hoping for this so much!!!
• It wasn't a match, He just gave us the moment of the night so far.
• Now Corino comes out to gloat and say he has something big planned.

Eddie Edwards vs Taiji Ishimori 

• Ishimori is really put together.
• I am enjoying watching Taiji. He is really good.
• This is a great match as you would expect. 
• I haven't seen the Die Hard Driver in a long time.

Winner Eddie Edwards Great match I will be watching that one a few more times for sure.

Matt Taven W/ Truth Martini and Hoopla Hotties vs Mark Briscoe

• Mark is taking Matt to school.
• Mark can be quite vicious.
• Martini gets involved and matt is in control.
• After a nice match that Mark should have one. There is a lot of Hoopla.

Paul London vs Davey Richards

• London gets a good welcome from the crowd. This should be a good match.
• Davey is waiting in the ring while Paul goes around the ring and tags fans, for a long time.
• Davey seems irritated to have to wait.
• London is showing up Davey Richards.
• London is outsmarting davey and getting him off his game. The Toronto crowd is behind London.
• Davey loves being a heel.
• London is hurt. Davey is evil right now.

Winner Davey Richards Davey gives London his props. Admits he is an asshole. And he tells the fans to cheer for Paul London. Paul replies he is proud of Davey.

ROH World Championship

Adam Cole vs Jay Briscoe

• This title defense is huge for Briscoe. He needs to win this match.
• Cole isn't fighting quite clean now Jay isn't either.
• Cole is not targeting Briscoe's knee. Cole hit a drop lick off the top row to it.
• Cole puts Briscoe in the figure four on the ring post.
• Now Briscoe has a bad shoulder and knee.
• Corino come out to offer Cole to be in SCUM
• Nigel gives Corino Tower of London.
• Briscoe gets the win.

Winner Jay Briscoe  Cole shakes Jays hand after the match but goes to attack him when he turns around. Cole just might go with SCUM.

Border Wars 2013 Preview

C&C Wrestling factory vs ACH and Tadarius Thomas

This will most likely be the first match of the night. It will have plenty of action and will be a good match. There has not been much, or any build up for this match. But, anyone who is familiar with these two team know that it will be a good match. 

Prediction: C&C get the win. They have experience and they should be coming up on a strong run soon. 

ROH vs S.C.U.M.

Michael Elgin and Jay Lethal will take on two members of S.C.U.M. that Steve Corino will pick. If ROH wins Corino will leave wrestling forever. If S.C.U.M. wins, corino will get to be the new permanent color man on the announce team, and a member of S.C.U.M. will get a shot at the ROH World Championship. 

Prediction: S.C.U.M. wins. ROH needs a color man badly. I think the story of S.C.U.M. isn't over yet. 

"I Quit Match"

Rhett Titus vs BJ Whitmer

BJ was once a mentor to Titus. Then they became a friends. Then they became tag team partners. rhett titus threw that all ayaw when he turned on BJ and joined S.C.U.M. I can't blame Rhett though. His career needed a change and now he has a chance at a new start. I think he will regret accepting an "I Quit Match" vs Whitmer. 

Prediction: BJ Wins. I don't see him quitting. That's it.

ROH World TV Championship

Matt Taven w/ Truth Martini vs Mark Briscoe

There are multiple reasons why this SHOULD be a good match. I just hope outside distractions don't take away from the match. as we saw on the last PPV, Martini can cause quite a distraction outside the ring. Him and his Hoopla Hotties can distract anyone. The thing is, Mark Briscoe is more than good enough to be the TV champion. 

Prediction: Mark Briscoe is the new ROH TV Champion after a great match.

Paul London vs Davey Richards

I have watched a few Paul London matches since he was added to the card and am hopeful of a good match. I am a Davey Richards fan and I will be hoping he pulls out a victory. This should be a good match though.

Prediction: Davey Richards wins

Taiji Ishimori vs Eddie Edwards

I am not as familiar with Ishimori as I do not watch much Japanese Wrestling. What I hear about him leads me to believe this will be a good match. Eddie may work a slightly different style so I will want to see if he does. I just hope he can protect his home turf.

Prediction: Eddie Edwards.

ROH World Championship

Adam Cole vs Jay Briscoe

It isn't fair. I have gotten so used to the Kevin Steen struggle, I am not used to a main event without him in it. I guess it it more that there wasn't that much build up to this match. Don't let that deter you though. This match could easily be a classic. With how the last episode of ROH TV went, I could possibly see a Adam Cole heel turn. It has been said that he is a better heel than face. Whatever happens, I doubt ROH will fail to put on a great show. They have been on a roll lately, I don't expect that to change. 

Prediction: Jay Briscoe wins for sure. Both Briscoes have been pillars in this company. Jay deserves a longer run than one month.
